Blue Joint Grass is a graceful native perennial grass admired for its airy plumes and elegant form. Blooming in late spring to early summer, Blue Joint Grass adds dynamic movement and texture to naturalistic landscapes, wet meadows, and stream banks. A highly adaptable grass, it will thrive in moist to wet soils and is tolerant of full sun to partial shade. A valuable addition to water gardens, rain gardens, and wildlife habitats.
