Golden Currant

Golden Currant is a versatile native shrub that earns its place in the landscape by offering beauty, fragrance, and wildlife value across multiple seasons. In early spring—often before many shrubs leaf out—it bursts into bloom with clusters of bright yellow, clove-scented flowers that glow against still-bare surroundings.
