Frequently Asked Questions

What information or materials do you require to create the design?
We ask for the estimated sun exposure, soil moisture, and overall planting dimensions of your project to get your design started. While not required for your submission, we also required at least one clear photo of your project site so that we can create an accurate map and compelling rendering of your planting.
How can I view the design?
Your design will be shared with you via a custom URL sent to you in an email. Using this link, you can easily revisit your build at any time and even share it with friends and family.
How long does it take to receive custom design?
Turn around times for custom designs are typically well inside of 2 weeks but hinge in part on number and complexity of designs in the queue.
Can I request a revision if I don't like the first version?
Yes! While we are confident you'll love your design, we are very happy to revise the build if things are not to your liking for any reason. Ultimately, we want you to have a design that you just can't help but plant!
What is your pricing policy?
We charge $99 for designs up to 250 square feet; $199 up to 500 square feet; and $299 up to 1000 square feet. If you go on to buy your plants with My Home Park, you can put up to 100% of these fees towards the cost of your plants, making the design functionally free for anyone committed to their project. We do larger designs as well, but if your project is well over 1000 square feet, we ask that you please reach out at designs@myhomepark.com for a consultation.
