Dwarf Crested Iris
Iris cristata
Dwarf Crested Iris is a low-growing perennial which spreads gradually and comfortably over time, forming lush mats of green, sword-shaped leaves. In the spring, it blossoms with light blue to lavender flowers, each adorned with striking gold crests that will grab the eye. Perfect for underplanting around trees or in woodland gardens, it thrives in well-drained, humus-rich soil and benefits from a bit of dappled sunlight.
